1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or donating on the Save A Mother platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable Indian laws.

2. Voluntary Public Donations

All donations made through the platform are voluntary non-commercial charitable contributions made without expectation of commercial return. Donations are allocated directly toward verified maternal healthcare, hospital delivery costs, prenatal diagnostics, and essential medications.

3. Tax Deductions (Section 80G)

Tax exemption certificates under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act are issued to eligible Indian tax resident donors who provide a valid PAN at the time of payment.

4. Modification of Services

Save A Mother reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
