Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Charitable Donations

Because contributions to Save A Mother are directly committed toward time-critical hospital delivery surgeries and emergency medical care for expectant mothers, donations are generally considered non-refundable once disbursed.

2. Accidental Duplicate Transactions & Technical Errors

In the event that an accidental duplicate donation is made due to technical network error, browser double-click, or gateway delay:

• The donor must notify us within 7 days of the transaction by writing to srinathsocialfoundation@gmail.com with the transaction reference ID, payment screenshot, and reason for refund request.
• Upon verification that funds have not already been disbursed to the medical facility, our finance team will process the reversal through the original payment gateway (Razorpay).
• Approved refunds typically reflect in the donor's source account within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Cancellation of Recurring Pledges

If a donor has set up recurring monthly support, they may cancel future recurring debits at any time by contacting our support desk.
