How are mothers verified?

Every case undergoes a 4-point verification process: (1) Official identity and residence check, (2) Attending doctor prescriptions and diagnostic tests, (3) Accredited hospital estimate review, and (4) Written/recorded informed consent.

How are donations used?

100% of public donations for medical cases are allocated directly to verified hospital charges, surgical requirements, life-saving medicines, and diagnostic tests without administrative deductions.

Can I donate anonymously?

Yes. When donating, simply leave "Show my name publicly" unchecked, or select anonymous donation. Your name and details will remain completely private.

Can I sponsor a mother?

Yes, you can sponsor the complete medical and delivery care of an individual mother through the "Sponsor a Mother" option (e.g. ₹10,001 to full case goal).

Can I make a monthly contribution?

Yes. You can choose recurring monthly contributions (₹101, ₹501, ₹1,001/month) powered securely by Razorpay Subscriptions.

How do I receive my 80G tax receipt?

Immediately after successful payment, an official 80G tax-exempt receipt with your PAN and donation ID is generated on-screen and emailed to you in real-time.

Can I get a refund if I entered the wrong amount?

Yes. If a transaction error occurs, you can contact our support team at support@saveamother.org within 48 hours for immediate assistance and reconciliation.

How can I support without donating money?

You can share verified mother stories on WhatsApp, Facebook, or X. Every share creates awareness and brings community support.
